Abstract
The purpose of this research article is to find out and predict the analysis and the fall of the discussed themes which are adjusted through the use of methods through bibliometric analysis and analyzed using the Dimensins.ai database. This research uses quantitative methods to identify research trends in the themes of religion, philosophy, and science and the data used in this research is a collection of scientific publications derived from the Dimensions index. In one discussion there are interesting subtitles which include: 1) Development of Research on Religion, Philosophy, and Science; 2) Research categories on research on religion, philosophy, and science; 3) Researchers and institutional articles or journals of religion, philosophy and science; 4) Proceedings or published journal articles on religion, philosophy, and science. The conclusion from this research is that through its development, articles with the themes of religion, philosophy, and science are fairly dynamic, in which there are ups and downs every year that seem to be slightly adrift. Although there are indeed several categories in which several researchers and institutional articles or journals of religion, philosophy, and science are listed. But that's only a small part. In this case the limitations of the author are seen and realize that from this study, namely, the lack of extensive expertise of the author in maximizing the Dimensions article media database. And basically the writer must recommend to readers, by conducting research that is expected to be able to serve as a motivation for researchers in the field of religious studies, especially by researchers.
