KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR SISTEM (KBS) PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI TERAPAN

Abstract
Keterampilan berpikir system (KBS) merupakan bagian dari kompensi abad 21 yang mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pembelajaran Sains khususnya Biologi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari KBS. Tujuan pembekalan KBS supaya siswa dapat berpikir holistic, mengungkap berbagai fenomena kompleks sehingga dapat membuat keputusan yang komprehensif. Indikator KBS diantaranya dapat mengidentifikasi struktur, komponen-sub komponen, fungsi setiap komponen dan sub-komponen, menganalisis keterhubungan antar komponen dan sub-komponen, menganalisis pemodelan dalam system, dan memprediksi prilaku system. Pembekalan KBS dapat menggunakan pendekatan STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics) dan STREAM yang ditambahkan aspek Arts dan Religion pada konten Biologi Terapan. Isu lokal yang bersifat kontekstual dan berkesesuaian dengan visi misi institusi pendidikan sebagai dasar untuk memilih konten Biologi Terapan. Asesmen KBS dapat menggunakan produk peta konsep beserta rubrik skoring tertentu dan instrument soal KBS. Pemberlakuan kurikulum merdeka belajar dapat mengukur KBS melalui capaian pembelajaran dan tujuan pembelajaran pada fase E dan F untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran Biologi Terapan.
