KOMUNITAS BURUNG DI RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU PEMAKAMAN KOTA BANJAR PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

Abstrak

Komunitas burung dapat terbentuk di berbagai tipe habiat dan lanskap perkotaan. Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) berperan penting termasuk terhadap kelangsungan komunitas burung termasuk keberadaan RTH pemakaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komunitas burung di RTH pemakaman Kota Banjar Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan Mei 2022 di 18 RTH pemakaman. Data diambil dengan menjelajah seluruh wilayah TPU untuk mengambil data burung dan kondisi habitatnya. Data dianalisis dengan chi-square, indeks keanekaragaman jenis (H’), indeks kemerataan jenis (E), dan indeks kesamaan komunitas (IS). Burung yang dijumpai di seluruh RTH pemakaman terdiri dari 23 jenis yang berasal dari 15 suku dan6 ordo. Jenis yang dijumpai di setiap lokasi RTH bervariasi mulai dari hanya dua jenis (TPU Baturaja Galuh, TPU Junti, dan TPU Purwaharja) hingga 14 jenis (TPU Santiong). Jenis yang paling luas penyebarannya adalah Walet linchi (Collocalia linchi) (17 lokasi) diikuti Cinenen pisang (Orthotomus sutorius) (13 lokasi), Cucak kutilang (Pycnonotus aurigaster) (11 lokasi), dan Burungmadu sriganti (Cinnyris jugularis) (10 lokasi), sementara empat jenis burung hanya dijumpai di satu RTH pemakaman yaitu Wiwik lurik (Cacomantis sonneratii), Wiwik uncuing (Cacomantis sepulcralis), Kedasi hitam (Surniculus lugubris), dan Takur ungkut-ungkut (Megalaima haemacephala).  Seluruh RTH pemakaman di Kota Banjar menjadi habitat jenis burung yang beragam sehingga mampu membentuk komunitas burung dengan perbedaan sesuai kondisi habitatnya. Komunitas dapat terjaga dan meningkat dengan pembinaan habitat pada RTH pemakaman
